Nainital. Central Communication Bureau, Nainital organized a special program on the topic of cleanliness is service in PM Shri Balika Inter College, Haldwani. College students participated enthusiastically in the program. Program coordinator Sharmishtha Bisht said that Gauri Joshi got first prize in self-composed poetry recitation competition, Aradhya Mishra got second prize and Tanuja Melkani got third prize.
Kanchan got first prize in speech competition, Chetna Joshi got second prize and Priyanka Goswami got third prize. Geeta Bisht, Priyanshi Kumari, Pooja Saxena, Khushi Joshi, Meenakshi were honored with certificates and medals for quiz competition. College students Vanshika, Karishma, Payal, Himani, Ifat presented songs with musical presentation on cleanliness.
Regional Publicity Officer Neeraj Bhatt said that on the instructions of the government, the unit is organizing cleanliness awareness programs in collaboration with different organizations. During the campaign, a tree is also being planted in the name of mother.
Senior artist of CBC Nainital Shobha Charak told that from 17th September to 2nd October, Government of India is running Swachhata Hi Seva campaign in the entire country. All the people present in the program organized today were also administered the Swachhata Pledge. Anand Singh of Central Communication Bureau, teacher Deepshikha Joshi, Maya Chandola, Neeta Upadhyay, Rakhi Mathpal, Dimple Joshi were present during the program.
