Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday reached the National Drishti Divyangjan Empowerment Institute located at Rajpur Road on the occasion of his birthday and celebrated his birthday by cutting a cake with visually impaired children. On this occasion, he fed cake to the children and wished them a bright future. On this occasion, the children of Higher Secondary Adarsh Vidyalay for the Visually Handicapped presented the model made by them to the Chief Minister as a gift.
The Chief Minister said that I always wait to come among the children here on this day and it feels very good to come here. The Chief Minister said that I pray to God for the bright future of all you children. He said that I have full faith that in the future, whatever field you all go to, you will definitely get success there. He said that there is no such work that you people cannot do.
The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is striving for the all-round development of Divyang children. The word Divyang has also been given by Modi ji. He said that the best wishes of the entire country and state are with you children.
The Chief Minister said that this time we are facing the challenges of disaster at many places in the state. He requested the people to go among the people affected by the disaster today and provide whatever help and service they can.
The Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister has said that this third decade of the 21st century will belong to Uttarakhand and we are working with all our might to fulfill the words of the Prime Minister. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the football tournament of the institute by kicking the ball.
