Tehri DM held a meeting on road safety

To stop the ever increasing road accidents in Tehri district, on Wednesday, under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Mayur Dixit, the District Magistrate held a meeting with the top officials of many departments including Public Works Department, PMGSY Transport Department in the District Auditorium, New Tehri, and gave strict instructions to stop the accidents.

The District Magistrate gave strict instructions and said that strict action will be taken against the officers for negligence. The DM said that immediate action should be taken against those driving without helmet, seat belt, no laxity will be tolerated in this.
