Lok Panchayat organized a dialogue program with the students of Jaunsar Bawar studying in Delhi University

Dehradun. Vikasnagar (September 23) In his address as the chief guest, Shri Chand Sharma, a senior member of Lok Panchayat, said in his address as the chief guest, under the program “Hamaaro Muluk” with the students of Jaunsar Bawar, Rawai, Jaunpur and Himachal, Devbhoomi Family and Jaunsar Bawar Student Association, that the culture, lifestyle and way of living of the hills is amazing. We should preserve our values and culture.

In the “Hamaaro Muluk” program organized at Garhwal Sabha Bhawan, Delhi, Sharma said that the students studying in Delhi University will become big officers and businessmen in various fields in the future. They should learn about their culture, their region and the history of Jaunsar Bawar in advance, so that we will remain connected to our roots. He said that the culture, customs, lifestyle, food and mutual communication of Jaunsar Bawar are amazing, and the task of preserving it is the young generation’s work.

Former Information Officer of the Assembly and Member of Lok Panchayat, Bharat Chauhan said that many outsiders are doing research and writing books on the folk culture and lifestyle of Jaunsar Bawar. There is a need for students studying in Delhi University to make the culture of Jaunsar Bawar the subject of their research, so that more and more people can know and understand the reality of Jaunsar Bawar. Chauhan said that students should decide their goal of life and along with preparing for government jobs, they should also take steps towards self-employment.

On this occasion, Anil Singh Tomar, Chairman of SMR Tribal PG College, Sahiya said that the people of Jaunsar Bawar have a lot of expectations from the students studying in Delhi University. We have to live up to those expectations, so that we can make our region an ideal region.
